On June 4–5, 2026, Tanggol Kalikasan, Inc. (TK), through the SCENERI Project, conducted the Presentation of the Initial Draft of the Manual of Operations at the SB Session Hall, Municipality of Polillo, Quezon.
The activity was attended by 26 participants, including barangay officials from Atulayan, Salipsip, Languyin, Sibulan, Pinaglubayan, Bañadero, Taluong, and Tamulaya, together with representatives from KUMARE, KALIPI, MPDC, MENRO, SB, the Office of the Municipal Administrator, and the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
The draft Manual of Operations was presented to the Management Council for review, feedback, and validation. Participants provided minor recommendations, particularly on the provisions for special meetings, and the revised draft was subsequently endorsed by the Council members.
On June 5, 2026, TK also conducted a debriefing and planning session with Municipal Administrator Cristina Bosque and MENRO Rommel Calzado in preparation for the Presentation of the Enhanced Manual of Operations for Validation scheduled on June 30, 2026.
