Philippine Warty Pig or Sus philippensis is endemic to the country which are remote forest dwellers. They are included in the IUCN Red list as Vulnerable because of its declining population caused by over-hunting, habitat loss and hybridization. For this episode, Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) explains these threats so more people will be informed on the importance of Philippine Warty Pig to the ecosystem.
